Do I need to provide you with any equipment?
No, in short. We provide all of our own equipment for working.
Can you pop into my office?
Yes, one of our main focus points as a business is to support local. Not everything can be shown easily over zoom. If you’re Hampshire based we’ll gladly arrange to meet up in person.
Is 40 hours per month the maximum?
Yes it is. This is to ensure that all the business we are working with are receiving 100% dedicated support across the board.
How do you keep time?
We use tracking software called Toggl and record all time spent with each client. This time record is available to you if you wish to see it.
How will billing work ?
All businesses on a package will be either required to pay end of month via direct debit (go cardless) or if this is doesn't suit, you can make a payment in advance via bank transfer/card/paypal.
Ad hoc tasks will have an agreed time/hour limit prior to starting and will be billed on completion of the task.
What happens if I don't use up all my hours?
Full payment of the retainer package is still required. You may roll over unused hours once to the following month up to a maximum of 10 hours. This should give you an opportunity to re-evaluate your requirements and reduce if required.
