There are 3 different ways to work with us. Ad-hoc, retained support and per project.

Got a random selection of tasks and no idea how long it may take? Working ad-hoc may be best for you. Send over your to-do list, as and when things crop up. We crack on, record any time spent and send a bill at the end of the month. And to keep things in line with your budget, we’ll always agree a maximum time cap to ensure you never receive a bill larger than you expect. Ad hoc tasks are fitted in around our retainers.

If you’re looking for regular, ongoing support each week, then a retainer is the best option for you. Purchase hourly packs ranging from 10 hours a month up to 40 hours per month. We split the time equally each week so everything is kept on-top of. Unlike Ad Hoc, this time in the diary is reserved exclusively for you. Retainers are billed via direct debit at the end of the month and are on a rolling monthly commitment - cancel anytime.
