There are 3 different ways to work with us. Ad-hoc, retained support and per project.

If your workload is a bit more unpredictable, ad hoc support could be the better option. Send over tasks as and when they come up, and we’ll get them sorted without the commitment of a monthly retainer.
Time is tracked as we go and invoiced at the end of each month, with an agreed time cap in place beforehand so there are no unexpected bills. Ad hoc work is scheduled around retainer clients, making it a flexible option for businesses that need support now and then rather than every week.

If you need consistent, ongoing support each week, a retainer package is the best fit. Retainers are available in monthly hourly packs from 8 to 32 hours, with your time evenly allocated across the month to keep everything running smoothly and under control.
Unlike ad hoc support, your retainer hours are reserved exclusively for your business, giving you priority access and reliable support when you need it. Retainers are billed on a 30 day rolling basis and require 1 month notice to end.
