There are three main ways to work with me, depending on how much support you need.

1. Ad Hoc Support

For one-off tasks, short bursts of help, or when you’re not sure what you need yet.

£35 per hour

Best for: Businesses who need occasional support without committing to monthly hours.

2. Monthly Retainers

Ongoing support for businesses who need consistent help each month and want guaranteed time in my diary.

Retainers are billed at £30 per hour and based on a set number of monthly hours and work on a 30 day rolling contract. Cancel anytime with 1 month notice.

8 Hour Retainer – £240/month

(~2 hours per week)

16 Hour Retainer – £480/month

(~4 hours per week)

32 Hour Retainer– £960/month

(~7.5 hours per week)

Includes:

Priority support each month

Monthly catch-up call (Zoom or in-person for Southampton-area clients)

Direct support from me only

Additional hours beyond your monthly allocation: £35/hour

If I take planned annual leave, any impacted unused retainer hours can roll over into the following month.

In-person visits (for local clients) can be included within retainer hours or charged separately depending on scope.

Best for: Businesses who want consistent support and predictable monthly cost.

3. Business Systems & Consultancy

For businesses who need help getting organised, improving systems, or making their CRM actually work properly.

This is not basic admin support, this is operational improvement.

For businesses who just want to show up online consistently without paying for a full marketing agency.

Most customers will check your online presence before they decide to contact you.

This is about staying visible, professional, and consistent, not viral marketing.

Social Media Package – £250/month

Includes:

15 posts per month

1 reel per week (your footage or stock video)

1 carousel post per week for engagement and value content

Custom graphics and imagery included

Posting to Facebook & Instagram

Captions written and scheduled

Best for: Businesses who want a consistent online presence without managing it themselves.
