Business Terms  

  • Please be mindful of my working hours, emails/communications will only be responded to during working hours. Messages received during the weekend/out of hours will be responded to on my next working day.

  • One 30 minute catch up meeting per month will be included on top of retainer packagers, any additional meetings requested by the client will come off the package time.

  • If we are meeting in person, you will be billed from the agreed meeting time until the time of leaving your premises.

  • All work undertaken on behalf of the client remains the property of the client.

  • All work undertaken will remain confidential unless instructed by the client otherwise.

  • Hours can be rolled over once, after the first instance you can reduce your hours for the following month.

  • Please ensure your task list is full. If I believe that not enough work has been provided, I will contact you to notify you.

  • We are human and on occasion may need to delay/reschedule due to inconveniences such as illness and other such emergencies, in this instance you will be notified at the earliest opportunity.

  • Please check all completed work and make sure you are happy.

  • If you are not on a direct debit, you will receive an invoice on the last day of the month with payment due on receipt.

  • If payment is late, no further works will commence until the late payment is received.

  • By payment of your invoice, you agree to the above terms.

  • If for any reason you'd like to end our work agreement, please try to give me as much notice as possible. Any works that have already been completed prior to cancellation date will be billed.
